Check, fold and hit are just a few words attendees will be uttering while around the tables at Tyndall’s Casino Night.

The 325th Force Support Squadron Marketing Office is slated to host Casino Night at Horizons Community Center Feb. 9 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“[The goal of the event] is to promote fun and camaraderie,” said Brian Antoine, 325th FSS Tyndall Clubs manager. “The 325th FSS Marketing Office would also like to take the opportunity to survey the base populace and use that information to help tailor programs to their liking.”

Attendees will be able to try their hand at craps, poker, roulette, blackjack and more without fear of breaking the bank.

Advanced tickets can be purchased at Horizons or at Information, Ticketing and Travel for $15 each. Ticket prices will increase to $25 at the door. Admission includes $2,000 worth of chips and a buffet dinner.

The event is intended for the base community, Airmen and their families. The dress code is casual and you must be 18 to attend.

Children do not have to be left out of the fun on Feb. 9 thanks to the 325th FSS Youth Center’s Kids Night Out program. The center is slated to host a super hero themed event that same evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., which will cost $15 per child.

“Kids Night Out is an event for children ages 5-12,” said Lubaba Bullock, 325th FSS youth development specialist. “It is held the second Friday of every month.”

Each month the center picks a theme and bases the crafts and activities around the theme, Bullock added. The events include pizza and drinks.

“For Super Hero Kids Night Out, kids are able to dress up as their favorite super hero,” Bullock said. “Kids Night Out is designed to give Airmen and their families a break while the kids have fun in a great environment with trained staff.”
