The Tyndall AFB Legal Office prepares Last Wills and Testaments for active duty, retired military members, and dependants.
To set up an appointment, visit https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil. Click on the "Legal Worksheets" tab. Scroll to the middle of the page and click "Create Will and Advance Medical Directive Worksheet."
It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the worksheet. When you are done, call the Tyndall AFB Legal Office (850-283-4681) with your ticket number and make an appointment to meet with an attorney to complete your will.
Will appointments are available Tuesdays 1 to 3 p.m. and Thursdays 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
