8/27/2012 - TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla.  -- Due to the forecasted impacts of Tropical Storm Isaac all military and civilian personnel assigned to Tyndall in non-mission critical jobs should remain at home Tuesday, Aug. 28. These individuals will also delay reporting to work Wednesday, Aug. 29, until 10 a.m. unless recalled otherwise.

Personnel not knowing their status should contact their commander or supervisor. Contractors should consult their supervisors for specific instructions.

The base is not being evacuated. Base personnel should continue to check with their work centers, the base community access channel, cable channel 12, Tyndall website or the 325th Fighter Wing Facebook page for additional information.

All base facilities will be closed with the exception of:

Base Exchange and Commissary - normal hours

Berg-Liles Dining Facility-
Breakfast 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Lunch 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Sand Dollar Inn- 24 hours
