9/10/2012 - TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The semi-annual Wounded Warrior Retreat is scheduled to begin Sept. 12 and carry through Sept. 18 in Panama City and volunteers are needed for several events.
A uniformed crowd of greeters and well wishers are needed at the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Sept. 11 and 12. The guests will be arriving throughout both days. Greeters do not need to be in place all day.
A group of Airmen in uniform are needed to line the parade route Sept. 13 beginning at 4:45 p.m. The target location is Harrison Avenue in Panama City between the First Baptist Church and the McDonalds.
Attendance by uniformed personnel is needed for the Sept. 13 evening celebration event at the Panama City Marina Civic Center. The event begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public, free of admission.
