Jim Blanchard is a true public servant. He has always gone the extra mile for each and every one of his customers. I personally can not thank him enough for all that he did for me and my family during our time of need over 15 years ago. His actions made a huge difference in my life. He is an amazing individual and it is an honor to know him. Happy Retirement Jim. All the best MichelleMichelle
