Santa Claus gives a candy cane to Madison Moore at the annual tree lighting ceremony Dec. 4 at Flag Park. The ceremony offered free cookies and chocolate milk, as well as, gave children the opportunity to meet with Santa and discuss what they wanted for Christmas.
