COLONEL CRAIG W. HALL

Colonel Craig W. Hall is Commander, 325th Maintenance Group, 325th Fighter Wing, Air Education and Training Command, Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. The 325th Maintenance Group is comprised of the 325th Maintenance Operations Squadron, 325th Maintenance Squadron and the 325th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (AMXS) with the 43rd Aircraft Maintenance Unit. The group's maintenance personnel, including contracted maintenance personnel, are charged with providing maintenance support to the 325th Fighter Wing and its F-22 aircraft.

After earning his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in 1985, Colonel Hall graduated from the Aircraft Maintenance Officer Course at Chanute AFB, IL. His first assignment took him to the 552 Airborne Warning and Control Wing at Tinker AFB, OK where he served as Assistant Officer in charge of an Aircraft Maintenance Unit and later Officer in Charge. From that point, Col Hall served on two Major Command staffs, one NATO Staff, and commanded two squadrons including one in a combat zone launching round the clock combat sorties supporting Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. His weapon system experience includes special mission aircraft, KC-10, F-15C/D/E, and F-22A.

Prior to assuming command of the maintenance group, Colonel Hall was the Chief of the Life Cycle Management Division at Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, where he was responsible for providing policy, process, guidance and tools to ensure life cycle product support management and planning for all Air Force weapon systems.
