The wing provides command guidance and operational control of the 325th Operations Group, 325th Maintenance Group, 325th Medical Group and 325th Mission Support Group and is directly responsible for several functional areas.
The 325th Operations Group is responsible for directing the flying and support operations for a F-35 fighter squadron and operations support squadron while preparing for the arrival of two additional F-35 squadrons. The 95th Fighter Squadron is a combat ready F-35 unit. The 325th Operations Support Squadron trains air traffic control personnel and intelligence officers for worldwide assignment, and supports daily operations of the group. The group staff provides guidance and assistance in successfully executing the training mission and ensures quality performance and standardized procedures for pilots and weapons directors for worldwide assignment to the combat Air Forces.
The 325th Maintenance Group provides safe, secure, reliable maintenance for the world's finest Air Dominance combat wing. The 325th MXG is composed of three active squadrons and a supporting operations flight whose unique missions directly contribute to the overall organizational success.
The primary mission of the 325th Mission Support Group is to provide dominant mission support and combat-ready Airmen to Team Tyndall and worldwide expeditionary forces. These support services and activities include providing civil engineering, security, communications, personnel, services, contracting, supply, and transportation support for 21,000 active duty, civilian, dependent, and retired personnel.
