CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT CHRISTOPHER M. LANTAGNE Chief Master Sergeant Chris Lantagne is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 325th Fighter Wing, Tyndall AFB, Fla. In this capacity he advises the commander on training, readiness, effective utilization and progression of all Airmen. He ensures the wing commander's policies are understood and executed in addition to maintaining liaison with civilian community leaders. He also provides recommendations to the wing's group and squadron commanders, joint service commanders, key staff members, and senior enlisted on behalf of Tyndall's enlisted force. Chief Lantagne was born in Sanford, Maine and entered the Air Force in July 1990. He's held numerous leadership positions in the Health Services Management Career Field, served as a base Career Assistance Advisor and a Mission Support Squadron First Sergeant. He's been stationed in California, Texas, Washington D.C, Germany and Florida as well as deployed to the Sultanate of Oman and Afghanistan. Prior to his assignment at Tyndall AFB, he was the Group Superintendent for the 1st Special Operations Medical Group, Hurburt Field, Fla. He was appointed to his current position on April 1, 2014.
