Visitor Information & FAQs

Family Member Passes

Can I get my family a 30-day pass?
Yes, you can get an escorted 30-day pass for family members.

How can they get an unescorted pass?
You must provide a commander's letter from your unit authorizing unescorted access. For access of 6+ months, they will receive a DBIDS card. For less than 6 months, they will be issued 30-day passes until the letter expires.

Event Access & EALs (Entry Authorization Lists)

EALs must be submitted to the VCC at least 5 business days before your event. You must include the event's location, date, and the full time frame access is needed. For each person, provide their Full Name, DOB, Driver's License #, and SSN. Information can be sent securely via an encrypted spreadsheet (DoD SafeLink) or by having guests pre-enroll in DBIDS and providing their name and 4-digit code. To get the proper memo form (Word document), you can submit a request to the organizational email box listed in the contact section below.

*Pre-enrolling in DBIDS only creates a profile; it does not grant access. Guests must still be vetted.

Special Access
