Provide financial education, information and counseling that equips service members to address their current personal financial situations, maximize their financial resources and effectively handle any financial challenges that may arise throughout their military lifecycle.
Provides programs and services designed to ease personal and family stressors experienced during PCS by providing assistance and education throughout all phases of the relocation process.

Provides information, tools and training to ensure service members and their spouses are prepared for the next step in civilian life; whether pursuing additional education, finding a career or starting their own business. The mandatory components of TAP are applicable for all service members who have at least 180 continuous days or more on active duty; this includes National Guard and Reserve.
Provide non-medical counseling; addressing life skills topics such as anger management, conflict resolution, parenting, parent and child communication, relationship issues, and marriage enrichment, as well as challenges with the military lifestyle, including deployment stress, reintegration, relocation adjustment, separation and loss.
