The Tyndall Air Force Base Tech Expo will be held Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Horizons Community Center.

All military, civilian and contractor personnel with access to the base are invited to attend the free event.

“The goal of the event is to bring military and industry together to discuss solutions to mission challenges,” said Elizabeth Teune, National Conference Services, Inc. event manager. “Industry experts can ask questions to better understand the challenges faced by the military in order to tailor their technology and services to better meet those needs.”

Exhibitors will be displaying the latest and greatest technology related to:

  • Data Protection Software
  • Amplifiers
  • Information Security
  • Satellite Communications
  • Tactical Radios
  • Networking Technologies
  • Cloud Computing
  • Big Data Solutions
  • Virtualization
  • Cross Domain Solutions
  • Video Teleconferencing
  • And More

“This event can be used for various purposes. Airmen can come check out the latest emerging technology that they could be potentially using or working with in the future,” Teune said. “It is also a great time to come and troubleshoot with a company that they are currently working with. There is also added value in the connections made through networking at an event with a diverse audience.”
