TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Tyndall hosted its annual award ceremony Jan. 26, at the Horizons Community Center, where 12 Tyndall members took home a Team Tyndall annual award.
This annual ceremony highlights Airmen and civilian personnel for their dedicated hard work, outstanding performance and those who excelled as the best-of-the-best.
The 2017 Team Tyndall award winners are as follows:
Airman of the year – Senior Airman Justin Shelton, 337th Air Control Squadron
NCO of the year – Tech. Sgt. DeSean Jones, 325th Aerospace Medicine Squadron
Senior NCO of the year – Senior Master Sgt. Catherine Mahoney, 325th Maintenance Group
Company Grade Officer of the year – Capt. Rudy Novak, 337th Air Control Squadron
Field Grade Officer of the year – Maj. Joseph Langan, 325th Maintenance Squadron
Civilian Category 1 of the year – Mr. Michael Parker, 325th Comptroller Squadron
Civilian Category 2 of the year – Mr. Raymond Pelletier, 325th Fighter Wing
Civilian Category 3 of the year – Ms. Jennifer Lindsay, 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron
First Sergeant of the year – Master Sgt. Jose Santiago, 337th Air Control Squadron
Innovator of the year – The Public Health Team, 325th Aerospace Medicine Squadron
Spouse of the year – Ms. Darlene Murray, 1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern)
Volunteer of the year – Tech. Sgt. Elizabeth Wiltgen, Paul W. Airey NCO Academy
