The band’s performance at Tyndall is one of many military support concerts they are putting on this year. They will be performing from stateside Air Force Bases such as Edwards and Mountain Home to U.S. Army Garrisons throughout Germany. As the date of the event draws near, members of Team Tyndall and the band themselves look forward to the morale boosting event for Airmen and their families.
“Back in 2003, I could never have predicted that over 15 years later this band would have performed hundreds of shows for thousands of great people all over the world,” Sinise stated in an open letter to his fans.
“Our performances for our service members on military bases around the globe have meant so much to me, and each time we play a concert that is open to the public, I am amazed at the outpouring of love and kindness,” the letter read. “This year we will perform at some bases we have played in the past, and some we are visiting for the first time. Over 25 shows scheduled, mostly for military and veterans events.”
