Melchizedek Martinez, 26th Cyberspace Operations Group deputy commander, Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, and his daughter, Cadet Kianni Martinez, an Air Force ROTC student, attend and speak at the 2018 Military High School Graduation Recognition ceremony at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., May 3, 2018.
