Tyndall's Information Tickets and Travel Office is a section under the 325th Force Support Squadron that offers Airmen and their families ticket and travel opportunities to various events and locations at a discounted price.

"[Our mission is] building and sustaining resilient Airmen and their families while taking advantage of Florida's natural recreational resources," said Alexa Landreaux, 325th FSS ITT manager.

The organization at Tyndall, which may be compared to a travel agency of sorts, offers these services to increase Airmen morale and make the sometimes daunting task of taking a vacation an easier undertaking.

“Tyndall’s ITT offers a wide-array of attractions both locally and globally,” Landreaux explained. “Our office is one of the few full-service travel agencies in the Air Force. We are capable of booking hotels, flights, cruises, rental cars and vacation packages to both Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World.”

The majority of the tickets and services provided are available to any active or retired military member, their families and all Department of Defense employees. There are only a few tickets that have restrictions such as the Disney Military Salute tickets that are only available to U.S. and Canadian military and their families, she further clarified.
