TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. --

Tyndall Air Force Base took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael on Oct. 10, 2018. The storm brought down trees and power lines, it removed roofs from buildings and caused significant structural damage.

Members of Task Force Phoenix have been working to bring the base back a stable condition in preparations of evacuated Airmen returning to the base.
