Women learn F.A.S.T.

The 325th Security Forces Squadron is scheduled to host a free Fear Adrenalized Stress Training Defense Course Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Balfour Beatty Community Center.

F.A.S.T is a two hour hands-on course that focuses on how not to become a victim with simple verbal and physical techniques.

The class is open to women age 14 and older.

The course, which is normally $50 per child and $100 per adult, is being taught for free by service members from 325th SFS.

No prior experience is needed, but there is limited space.
