The 325th Force Support Squadron released their latest tool to keep Team Tyndall informed of the many events happening on the base.

"I Heart TY [in print]" is named after the unit's popular Facebook page and is published every other month.

"I Heart TY [in print] highlights the program and events going on at FSS activities for those two months," said Corey Coleman, 325th FSS marketing director.

The publication replaces the "Leisure Lowdown," Ms. Coleman added.

"Really the only difference [in the two publications] is the size, and therefore the amount of information we can get to the readers," Ms. Coleman said. "Our goal is to give you an overview of what's happening on base as well as a place to reference FSS activity's phone numbers and hours of operation. As always, if you are looking for a comprehensive calendar of events, be sure to visit www.325FSS.com."

The website received a facelift as well and the new magazine is smart phone friendly, Ms. Coleman said. For example, scanning a Quick Response Code with a smart phone in the January and February issue will allow users to view New Orleans Saint's quarterback Drew Brees demonstrate his workout.

However, just because one can view a Super Bowl MVP's workout, the FSS marketing team intends to keep a local flavor.

"Another goal of I Heart TY [inPrint] is to feature local people on the cover," Ms. Coleman said. "There is so much talent and individuality on base that we love to highlight these folks in the magazine."

Club members receive the magazine mailed directly to their homes. Everyone else can pick up a magazine at the Horizons community center, fitness center, child development center, library and all other FSS facilities, Ms. Coleman said.
