TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Colonel James R. Vogel, 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group commander, passes the 81st Range Control Squadron guidon to Lt. Col. Bruce Bunce, who assumed command of the 81st RCS in a change of command ceremony Aug. 10. Colonel Bunce previously served as the deputy squadron commander, 960th Airborne Air Control Squadron; director of operations, 522nd Training Squadron, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. He is replacing Lt. Col. Ryan Frederick who will be assigned to Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
