325th CES changes command

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. --  Lieutenant Col. Brian Stumpe assumed command of the 325th Civil Engineer Squadron from Lt. Col. Douglas Gilpin during a change of command ceremony, June 1. Lt. Col. Stumpe arrived from Stuttgart, Germany, where he served as the special operations command Europe engineer division chief.
