Warrior Beach Retreat returns

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- More than 50 combat wounded soldiers and their spouses and caregivers are slated to attend the spring Warrior Beach Retreat, April 18 through 23, in Panama City Beach.

On April 19 the soldiers will transit by a patriotic motorcycle and police escort from the Wyndham Bay Point Resort to the First Baptist Church Panama City, at 5:15 p.m.

The sponsors are asking that all available proud citizens, military personnel and veterans line the route with flags and signs to show honor to these Heroes as they pass. In addition, everyone is invited to the Wounded Warrior Salute opening ceremony at the First Baptist Church located at 640 Grace Ave, Panama City at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 19.
