Tyndall's AETC units prepare for inspection Published May 23, 2011 By Airman 1st Class Christopher Reel 325th Fighter Wing Public Affairs TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The 325th Fighter Wing is gearing up for an Air Education Training Command Compliance Inspection June 6 to 13. The compliance inspection occurs every two years and is used to make sure Air Force installations are in compliance with Air Force Instruction regulations, laws and higher headquarter guidance. "The CI insures installations upkeep Air Force readiness and maintain resiliency," said Lt. Col. Joseph Granducci, 325th FW inspector general. "Team Tyndall has been preparing for the CI throughout the past year," said Colonel Granducci. "Commanders have been deeply involved the past six months focusing on unit self inspections, running checklists to track deficiencies, and providing weekly updates to the commander." The AETC IG is conducting the inspection. The team will arrive June 6. They will provide an in brief on Tuesday and then disperse for four days of scheduled inspections and exercise evaluations.
