Maintenance professionals of the year recognized

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. --  The 325th Maintenance Group's Maintenance Professional of the Year Banquet, recognizing the achievements of the group for 2009 and honoring maintenance professionals, was held March 13.

"Always the highlight of our year, 560 Airmen and their loved ones filled Hangar 2 with pride, enthusiasm and balloons for the 2009 MPOY Banquet," said Col. Craig Hall, 325th MXG Commander. "In addition to celebrating our achievements of this past year, we had a dual purpose of honoring the two plus decades of F-15s at Tyndall."

"Our theme of "Honoring our Legacy...Embracing our Future" was displayed through a Hollywood quality video, a fantastic heritage uniform demonstration, and culminating with remarks for Colonel (Ret) Leroy Stutz, a former POW in Vietnam and one of my first Colonels in the late 1980s. I could not be more proud of these great Airmen and it is such a privilege to be a part of their many accomplishments," said Colonel Hall.
