The eFinance program has been implemented Air Force-wide and has quickly become an asset to finance offices. Due to recent transformations, the finance career field has changed drastically.

All pay documents received through the local finance office must be scanned and forwarded to the Air Force Financial Service Center. Documents sent via eFinance are legible and help to increase productivity and timely processing.

- eFinance system is designed to allow for the paperless submission of a variety of financial documents from your work center or any computer with common access card access.

- eFinance allows members to change: state of legal residence, emergency pay and allowances, cost of living allowance (overseas only), basic allowance for housing certification/recertification, basic allowance for substance, family separation allowance, advance pay, authorization to start, stop or change an allotment.

- You can logon to the permanent change of station in-processing system/eFinance at https://efinanceworkspace.wpafb.af.mil or via the Air Force Portal. Log in using your CAC, choose your digital certificate from the pop up box and enter your pin.

- eFinance is an interactive system that progressively builds each form based on the answers you provide.

- Any non-defense travel system travel claim can be filed via eFinance which includes deployments.

- Hostile fire pay and hardship duty pay for deployment returnees can be reported or stopped using the eFinance travel claim which decreases processing time.

- Because of future manning decreases, using eFinance will ensure that finance offices will be able to maintain top-notch customer service and also ensure mission capability.
