Health and Information Fair at the 325 MDG Clinic (Base Hospital) 

· Flu shots (while supplies last) for those with a valid military identification card.
· Free blood pressure checks, medication reviews, and information on women's health, men's health, diabetes and much more.
· Free dental kits, dental insurance information
· Other informational booths include: Social Security Administration, Veterans Service Organizations, VA Nursing Home, TRICARE, Tyndall Credit Union, and many more

Guest Briefer starts at 9:00 a.m. 

Jim Blanchard, Health Benefit Advisor, 325th Medical Group, will speak on "TRICARE - What You Need to Know" which will include information on custodial care/long term care versus the skilled nursing benefit.

Rep for Q and A on financial issues/questions 

325th FW/JA (Legal): 9:00 - 1300: On site at 325 MDG Clinic
Rep for legal services/assistance for retirees

Rep for Q and A and appointment scheduling if requested
Rep for Survivor Benefits Program (SBP)

325th FSS/Community Services Flight: Throughout day at location
· Retiree's bowl 3 games free and shoe rental free on this day (14 Nov)
· 10% DISCOUNT on lunch at the Heritage Club the week prior to 14 Nov (9 - 13 Nov).
· Pay for 9 holes and golf 18 (green fees) the Monday-Thursday prior to 14 Nov (9 - 13 Nov).
· Lunch will be provided on 14 Nov, between 10:30 a.m-1:00 p.m at the Berg Liles Dining Facility (menu is A La Carte, "pay as you go", surcharge is added to total meal price).
