Tigers on four-game skid Published Dec. 1, 2008 By Courtesy of Tyndall Tigers 325th Fighter Wing Public Affairs TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The Tyndall Tigers men's varsity basketball team suffered defeat against the Keesler Air Force Base Dragons Saturday by a score of 72-61. Keesler's win gave Tyndall their fourth consecutive loss. Tyndall's record stands at 2-4 for the season. Despite being down early in the game, the Tigers clawed their way back, trimming the lead to 32-31 at the end of the first half. In the second half, Keesler put the game away; outscoring Tyndall 17-2 from the free-throw line. Marqus Armour led the Tigers in scoring with a game-high of 19 points. Dan Cooper added 11 points and six assists, while Antonio Bazemore contributed 10 points and 10 rebounds. Kenny Dukes led Keesler in scoring with 18 points. Tyndall's next game is against the Moody Air Force Base Flying Tigers Dec. 13 at the base fitness center.
