AF Cadets Tyndall

Albert Espinoza (bottom left) and Michael Hawkins, both U.S. Air Force Academy cadets, participated in a local "Habitat for Humanity" volunteer opportunity during a two-week Tyndall base visit in July. A program hosted by the Air Force Academy, which is called Operations Air Force, allows cadets to shadow officers and enlisted members at installations throughout the Air Force. During their stay at Tyndall, the cadets shadowed officers, toured the installation and participated in community relations events.

Cadets from the Air Force Academy descended on Tyndall Air Force Base for a two-week base visit in July. Here, the group gathers for a photo in front of an F-4 assigned to the 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group. The cadets, who participated in the "Operations Air Force" program, shadowed officers and enlisted, learned about Tyndall's training mission, and participated in volunteer opportunities in the local community.
