Tech. Sgt. Donna Carter, Paul W. Airey NCO Academy student from Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., contributed to the Tyndall Child Development Center clean-up Saturday morning. Sergeant Carter was one of 27 academy students and staff who volunteered to help clean and beautify the CDC playground.
