Tyndall Air Force Base's Super Bowl party is 4:30-11 p.m. Sunday at The Zone in the Community Activities Center Annex.

The annual event is free and open to all Department of Defense identification card holders and their guests. It will feature the NFL's championship game between the undefeated New England Patriots and the New York Giants.

"This event is going to be awesome because not only will the most anticipated game of the year be playing on a jumbo screen, but there will be drink specials, tons of giveaways, and great food," said Sylvia Bowles, 325th Services Squadron club manager.

More than 125 people were in attendance at the party last year, which featured various activities.

"We are going to be doing half-time games," Ms. Bowles said. "Master Sgt. Miguel Soto will be the master of ceremonies for the event. He'll be running trivia games and such for prizes, but prizes are only open to club members. Show your club card to win the prize."

Ms. Bowles stressed to arrive early because seating is limited.

"Come on out, we are going to have a great time," Ms. Bowles said. "Between the game itself, our games, the music, drinks and food, there will be nowhere else better to be."
