TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- As a result of Hurricane Helene, Tyndall Air Force Base officials have moved to condition level HURCON 1. This condition means 50 knot winds are forecasted to arrive at Tyndall AFB within 12 hours.
The base is currently closed to all non-mission essential personnel.
