Airmen Leadership School Class 15-7 graduation

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. --  Congratulations to Airman Leadership School Class 15-7 graduates. Thirty-six Airmen graduated during a ceremony Oct. 15 at the Horizons Community Center.

Airman Leadership School is a five week-long Air Force program designed to develop Airmen into effective front-line supervisors. It is the first Professional Military Education that enlisted Air Force members encounter.

It also focuses on developing leadership abilities as well as effective communication. Senior Airmen, especially those with a promotion line number for staff sergeant, are encouraged to attend.
