Tyndall to host promotion, evaluation systems Town-halls Published July 8, 2015 By 325th Fighter Wing Public Affairs TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Personnel specialists from the Air Force Personnel Center and Headquarters Air Force will be coming to various locations at Tyndall to speak about the new changes to the Weighted Airman Promotions System and the Enlisted Evaluation System July 17. The personnel teams will explain changes already implemented, those slated for implementation in the coming months and the reasons for the various changes. These teams are visiting in a "spread-the-word effort" to reach out to all commanders, supervisors and subordinates. "The roadshow team will educate airmen about how the quotas, new EPR forms, and other elements of the new system will work. James Quinan, 325th Force Support Squadron Military Personnel Section chief. Attendance at these briefings is critical, as Airmen will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders from the AFPC and HAF to share their experiences with the current changes. "Anyone serious about their career progression will need to be in attendance," said Tech. Sgt. Phillip John, 325th FSS force management NCO in charge. "They need to be informed of the changes and how it will affect them." The schedule and times of the briefing is as follows: · Base populace Brief at the Horizons Community Center Ballroom B at 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. · 325th Force Support Squadron brief HCC Ballroom B at 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. · Senior leadership brief 325th Fighter Wing Conference Room at 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. · Base populace brief HCC Ballroom B at 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The base populace briefings are open to all military and civilian personnel.
