Santa Claus is coming to breakfast Published Dec. 3, 2014 By Airman 1st Class Alex Echols 325th Fighter Wing Public Affairs TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- 'Tis a few weeks from Christmas, and Santa can be found at Tyndall Air Force Base, with kids all around. It is almost time for Santa Claus to make his round. In the meantime, the 325th Force Support Squadron Marketing Office and the Horizons Community Center were able to pull him away from his busy schedule to have breakfast with children of Team Tyndall Dec. 6. "Breakfast with Santa is an event that offers children at Tyndall time to sit on Santa's lap, receive a gift from Santa, have a yummy breakfast and do crafts," said Lyndsey Truman, 325th FSS Marketing marquee manager. Two sessions will be, one from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and the other from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Horizons. "This event benefits the children and base by offering a time for families on base to get their pictures with Santa without having to drive off base," said Truman. "It also brings the Tyndall community together and gives them time to mingle and eat breakfast." Tickets are $5 per person and can be purchased at the Information Tickets and Travel office, the Child Development Center and the Youth Center. Please call 283-4564 for more information.
