Base exercise initiated

Tyndall initiated a base deployment exercise at 5 a.m. Aug. 11 and is scheduled to run to Aug. 15 in an effort to test capabilities of projecting combat air power.

Below are the following hour changes and closures for the base:

Military Personnel Section:

-It will be minimally manned and emergency service only. Any already scheduled in processing and out processing appointments will continue to be supported.

- ID card/DEERS terminals will be minimally manned.

- All other 325th Force Support Squadron facilities will operate at normal hours, to include the Child Development Center and Youth Center.

- As a reminder, exercise participants who utilize the CDC and/or Youth Center must have the AF Youth Flight Program Patron Registration Form (AF Form 1181) in their children's files at the CDC or Youth Center filled out with the names of people who have permission to take their child/youth from the facility. The front desk at either facility can assist, if needed.

Base Legal:

- Legal will be closed for all walk-in legal assistance and wills. However, simple powers of attorney and notarization will be supported during normal duty hours.

Finance office:

- 325th Comptroller Squadron will have normal business hours but, will be minimally manned for customer service.
