TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Lieutenant Col. Richard Martin assumed command of the 325th Civil Engineer Squadron during a change of command ceremony July 9. He previously was the commander of the 423rd CES, Royal Air Forces Alconbury, England. He replaces Lt. Col. Brian Stumpe who will leave Tyndall for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz.
