The 2016 Tyndall Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) Study addresses aircraft operational noise and accident potential zones associated with operations at Tyndall and is now available to the public.
The study has been accomplished to promote long-term compatible land use on and in the vicinity of Bay County, Florida. It provides data and land use recommendations to ensure the safety, health and welfare of the public and compatibility with the Air Force’s flying mission. The data derived from the AICUZ Study is intended for use by local citizens and governmental officials involved in land use planning and community development.
