The first few years of Master Sgt. Jose Santiago’s, 325th Communications Squadron NCO in charge of quality assurance, Air Force career was littered with numerous challenges. With a mentor and purpose, he was able to overcome those challenges and is now pursuing his goal to become a first sergeant and help other Airmen who may face similar issues.
