A STEP up
Tech. Sgt. Dawn L. Jessen, 325th Medical Group NCO in charge of education and training, stands with Col. David Graff, 325th Fighter Wing commander, after receiving the news of her Stripes for Exceptional Performance promotion to master sergeant. According to her nomination package, Sergeant Jessen managed an $849,000 equipment budget, developed training programs for more than 250 medical personnel and earned a Community College of the Air Force dental degree. STEP promotions are an annual program that allows for leadership to select a number of Airmen with exceptional potential for promotion. Only staff sergeant through master sergeant are eligible for submission. (Courtesy photo)
