Blanchard retirement
Brigadier Gen. John K. McMullen, 325th Fighter Wing commander, presents James Blanchard, 325th Medical Support Squadron health benefits advisor, with a coin recently in recognition of his many years of service to the Air Force. Blanchard served 30 years on active duty as an independent duty medical technician and retired as a chief master sergeant.
