Maj. Carlton Bivens, 325th Fighter Wing Head Chapel chaplain, speaks to guest during a Commemoration Service for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Jan. 18 at Tyndall Air Force Base. The major spoke about loving one another, building a beloved community and the life of Dr. King.
