Tyndall is spending $369,500 of the Recovery and Reinvestment Act money on various base facilities to provide new lighting fixtures, lamps, wiring, conduit, occupancy sensors and controllers. Tyndall received $23.3 million in 2009 as part of the Recovery and Reinvestment Act, a stimulus package signed by President Barack Obama on Feb 17 to jumpstart the American economy.
