Family promotion
Lt. Col. Barbara Omstead, 81st Range Control Squadron commander, promotes her husband, Maj. David Omstead, standardization evaluation officer with the 53rd Evaluations group to the rank of lieutenant colonel in a ceremony here Sept. 28. The ceremony was attended by Girl Scout Troop 619 of Panama City, Fla. and led by Colonel David Omstead who's daugther is a member.
