Tim Tolle of Del-Jen, Inc., guides an oil spill containment boom to keep it straight as it's reeled back on the shore of Fred Bayou at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. Reeling the boom in came at the conclusion of a nearly four-hour exercise meant to simulate a worst-case oil discharge situation resulting from the effects of a natural disaster.
