Draggin' the line
A contracted worker for Southern Waste Services, Inc., out of Panama City, Fla., gazes behind his boat May 12 in Fred Bayou at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., to make sure an oil spill containment boom is properly stretched across the length of the bayou. The boom was utilized to simulate actual procedures which would be taken should a worst-case discharge scenario occur as the result of a natural disaster.
