Laying down the line
An oil spill containment boom is stretched across Fred Bayou by Tim Tolle and Chris Linder of Del-Jen, Inc., May 12 at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. The boom was utilized to simulate actual procedures which would be taken should a worst-case discharge scenario occur as the result of a natural disaster.
