Hooking it up
Contracted members of Southern Waste Services, Inc., operated out of Panama City, Fla., begin to attach an oil spill containment boom in order to stretch it across Fred Bayou at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., May 12. The boom was necessary for an exercise simulating a spill occuring from tornado damage which resulted from a hurricane. Several base agencies worked together to accomplish the exercise.
