Commander's Shadow Program

1st Lt. Joshua Walton, 325th Air Maintenance Squadron assistant officer in charge, shadows Brig. Gen. Darryl Roberson, 325th Fighter Wing commander, during the commander’s staff meeting here today. Lieutenant Walton directs all flight line aircraft maintenance and sortie productions in support of pilot proficiency training. He also monitors aircraft mission capability, maintenance indicators and implements plans to correct negative trends. Lieutenant Walton spent the day with General Roberson as part of the Commander’s Shadow Program. He has served five years in the military and is a native of Brookville, Penn.
