Dedicated Crew Chief Induction Ceremony
Chief Master Sgt. Charles Miller, 325th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron superintendent, leads 34 newly inducted crew chiefs in the “Maintainers Creed” during the Dedicated Crew Chief Induction Ceremony May 9 at Hanger 2. The induction ceremony recognizes aircraft maintainers who have earned the title of dedicated crew chief. During the ceremony, each crew chief is paired with a pilot and an aircraft. “Dedicated crew chiefs are selected based on their initiative, leadership, integrity and technical knowledge,” said Master Sgt. Todd Roberts, 325th AMXS F-22 Raptor production superintendent. “A crew chief is in charge of their assigned aircraft and is responsible for all maintenance, appearance and discrepancies associated with their aircraft.”(U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
