U.S. Air Force Senior Airman George Henry Lintala III, 325th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron supply journeyman, carefully identifies an aircraft part with its serial number code at the 43rd Aircraft Munitions Unit on Tyndall AFB, Fla., Sept. 12, 2016. In Airman Leadership School, Lintala learned the transformational leadership style of idealized Inspiration.
